Microbial stabilizer specifically designed for the production of wines fermented and aged in Qvevri and in all cement and cocciopesto amphorae. ICEstab SOS Qvevri is a formulation based on fungal chitosan from Aspergillus niger, ellagic tannin with high antioxidant and antimicrobial power and cell pears, to give olfactory cleanliness and fully reveal the complex bouquet resulting from long aging.
