Natural stabilizer based on exotic tannins with high antioxidant power, mixed with chitosan extracted from Aspergillus niger and pure fumaric acid. It is a product in which the various components act in synergy, guaranteeing a bactericidal and bacteriostatic action against various microbial species, in particular lactic acid bacteria.
