They are French oak slats tied together by a food sock. 1 kit is made up of several segments with indicative dimensions of 28 cm and an exchange surface with the wine of 0.4 m2, which corresponds to 20% new wood in a barrique.

ICEoak Snake has been specifically designed to be inserted inside barriques, combining the excellent results of the staves with unique practicality of use.
