ICEferm XL-S

ICEferm XL-S is a product made up of a yeast autolysate expressly selected to provide micro and macro elements in the must. It is an activator containing assimilable nitrogen in amino acid, oligopeptide form and yeast vitamins capable of enhancing flavor in white wines.
