Formulated for the refinement of red and rosé wines. Obtained from the association of ellagic tannins extracted from Quercus Petrea and Quercus Alba wood, seasoned outdoors.
It improves the gustatory balance of the wine, giving character to wines aged in “tired” wooden containers.
