Modern winemaking must respect the characteristics of the terroir as much as possible.
The technological approach must be married with the eco-friendly and sustainable approach respecting the biological characteristics of the grapes, which is why we have taken a holistic approach to our oenological products, combining studies of agronomy, applied oenology, biochemistry, sensory analysis, in collaboration with university facilities, research institutes, biotechnology companies, agronomists and oenologists from many parts of Italy, to offer a full range of products, from newly developed organic harmonizers, yeasts, tannins, “BIO” products to vineyard products.
