Float tannin, highly purified, having low surface electrical charge. It is indicated for the treatment of wines in which the structure is to be strengthened and antioxidant and antioxidant activity is desired. Finds good application in white wines. It is indicated for protecting musts from the action of grape polyphenol oxidases. It is an effective tool in the winemaking of botrytised grapes.
